In accu360 (version 3), leaves are only and only allocated as annually. Only in case of Leave Type which is defined as Earned Leave (checking ‘Is Earned Leave’ in the Leave Type), annual allocation is indirectly bypassed. This means the annual leave days are partitioned into the frequency(monthly/half yearly/…) set in the Leave Type and gets allocated automatically. So other than that one cannot manually allocate on other frequencies. For example : If one needs to allocate any leave on monthly/weekly/etc basis other than yearly, he cannot do that without treating it as Earned Leave.
